construction technology

1. Clean the ground base first and clean up the dust.

2. Spread the adhesive evenly on the base layer with tooth-shaped scraper, lay the sheets in order from inside to inside, and press the sheets with drum or pusher after laying one or one construction surface.

3. After the plate is laid down, the dry condition of the adhesive is judged according to the temperature, and then the plate seam is welded.

4. Cut the adjacent edges into V-grooves before welding, use the same electrode as the welded plate, and adjust the temperature of the hot air torch to 180 degrees; - 250 degrees; weld.

5. After the electrode is cooled, the welding rod which is higher than the surface of the plate will be shoveled flat with a shovel cutter. When operating, attention should be paid not to shovel the floor surface.
